Crash Diet Sticks
I've been using these Crash Diet Sticks for a week and I've not seen much change in my body yet. They have stopped me eating between meals though, so they must be doing something. The taste isn't the best but it could be much worse.

I thought I would try these and I couldn't tell you if they work or not as after taking one, I had a terrible aftertaste and thought I was going to be sick. I can't bring myself to have another one!
