Directions for use:

Soulmate Foot File and Smoother:

• Separate the two sides
• Hold and micro-file in the palm of your hand
• Press gently against your skin and glide around the contours of your foot
• Starts on the areas with calluses or the thickest dead skin build-up
• Slide the tool back and forth to remove thin layers of dead skin
• Follow with the smoothing tool to buff away dead skin

Matchbox Nail Files:

• Use the coarser side to shape
• Smooth and seal your nails using the finer side
• File from the outside of the nail towards the centre
• Always file in one direction
