Guarantee
We're so confident that you'll be delighted with your purchase from Beauty Expert that we offer the following guarantee: Try any product for 21days - if it does not completely live up to your expectations, then simply return the product for a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to any fragrance products purchased which cannot be refunded/exchanged. The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, by letter, fax or email.

Please include your details and the reason for the return and ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage.
We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. In this case we will send you a Postage Paid Returns Label.

Delivery charges:
- Free on all orders over £70.00.
- Single item under 500g £1.95.
- Single item over 500g £3.50.
- Two or more items £3.50.

Guaranteed Next Day delivery to the U.K. is available and costs £5.95 irrespective of order value. We guarantee next day delivery on all orders placed before 1.00p.m. and may be able to get your order delivered next day for orders placed up to 4.30p.m.
Please note: Guaranteed next day means next working day. e.g orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday.
Saturday Morning Guaranteed delivery to the U.K. is available and costs £6.95 irrespective of value. We guarantee Saturday morning (before 1p.m.) delivery on all orders placed before 1.00p.m. on the preceeding Friday. Orders may be placed any time during the week for this service.
Channel Islands
This is a VAT-free zone - to ensure VAT is not charged, when you register please select the country as Channel Islands not United Kingdom.
BFPO Addresses
Most orders can be delivered to BFPO addresses but is only available as Standard Delivery which costs £3.50. |

In the Shopping Basket check the Luxury Gift Wrapping option and click Update Basket.
Enter any gift tag message on the Checkout page. Please also indicate here if you would like your entire order wrapped or just one particular item - if just one please say which item.
You may want to send the gift to a different address. This may also be done at checkout.
