After cleansing in the morning, apply Vital C. Dispense a few drops into the palms and perform a pressing motion over the face, neck and dcolletage. Avoid lips and eyes by spreading serum away from these areas. Allow to absorb into the skin (appox 1-2 mins).Follow Vital C with Alpha E, again using the pressing motion over the face, neck and dcolletage. Follow with your preferred daily moisturiser or Ultra Protector 30+ SPF Daily Moisturiser.In the evenings after cleansing apply Alpha A. Dispense a few drops into the palms and perform a pressing motion over the face, neck and dcolletage. Avoid lips and eyes by spreading serum away from these areas. Allow to absorb into the skin (appox 1-2 mins) before apply your night time moisturiser. Note: MUST be combined with daily SPF protection, as high doses of Vitamin A can make the skin more photosensitive. Alpha A must NOT to be used during pregnancy.
