• 1 x Clear Eyeliner 3ml

Directions of Use:

• Pull your eyelid taught and use the black eyeliner to line along your upper lash line.
• Pull your lower lid down and line the bottom lashes.
• To use the clear liner, dip the brush in one of Bellapierre's mineral shimmer powders and apply to the upper lash line.
• Wipe the brush after use.
